These terms govern your use of the Zafit app, provided by KACTUZ LAB TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 52.069.351/0001-52 ("Kactuz Lab", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Zafit is not medical advice. The coach gives general fitness and nutrition guidance generated by artificial intelligence. It does not replace a doctor, registered dietitian or other health professional. Before starting a new exercise or diet program, or changing any medication or dose, talk to a professional who knows your case. If you feel unwell, stop and seek help. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU) or your local emergency number.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Zafit is not designed for pregnancy, eating disorders or other conditions that need medical follow-up. If any of these apply to you, use the app only with your health professional's guidance.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping access to your account secure. Keep your profile accurate: the plans are calculated from it.
3. The AI coach
Replies, plans, calorie estimates and photo analyses are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment, check what matters, and do not follow a suggestion that seems unsafe for you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Zafit to break the law, to harm other people, to try to access other people's data or our systems, or to overload or copy the service.
5. Your content
Messages, photos and logs remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, purchased through the App Store. The price, the free trial (if any) and the renewal period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
7. Changes and availability
We are constantly improving Zafit and may change, suspend or end features. We will tell you about relevant changes to these terms in the app before they take effect.
8. Ending
You can stop using Zafit and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Zafit is provided as is, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on its suggestions. Nothing here limits your rights under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.
